I am working toward completing your request in the next five weeks. If new searches become apparent as I move through your request , it could affect this time line. In addition, third party notification may extend time lines, and I would anticipate that on searches for public records that have been forwarded to email accounts outside of the City, particularly to attorneys, this could occur. In the meantime, I continue to diligently work on your request.
