If the City of Renton is wondering how to stop the bleeding of public records, they just need to do one thing; admit being wrong in their stomping on the Constitution’s 1st and 4th Amendments. That’s it. No secrets. Transparency in government is all that is asked.
Otherwise, we keep asking for records until we find the information ourselves. Simple.
The good news is, once we find what we are looking for (which is what we keep asking for), we will stop then. But that won’t happen until the City of Renton fully complies with their own state laws with public records production.
