Violations

These are some of the criminal violations committed by the Renton Police Department in their unusual, irrational, and illegal search for an employee matter abusing legal authority.

I. The Cyberstalking statute is unconstitutional as written, therefore, cannot be charged (RCW 9.61.260 Cyberstalking).

II. The cartoons are political speech.

III. Since there was no crime, none of the search warrants should have been approved by the Renton City Attorney Office. The search warrant affidavit was completely heresay. No first hand knowledge from the Affiant Ryan Rutledge. There was no probable cause in the affidavit. City Attorney Shawn Arthur is not immune in this bad warrant situation.

IV. Federal crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 241 : US Code – Section 241: Conspiracy against rights

V. Since there was no crime and the City of Renton continued to pursue Mr Fuddlesticks with the intention of prosecution. 9.62 RCW Malicious prosecution — abuse of process  

VI. As records and files directly pertinent to the criminal investigation, reasonably anticipated civil litigation, and public records requests, the City of Renton committed violations related to the Destruction of Public Records

RCW 42.56.100 Protection of public records — Public access.

WAC 44-14-03005 Retention of records.

RCW 40.14 Preservation and destruction of public records (felony)

And these are just the crimes on the tip of the iceberg, some of them being FELONY CRIMES. With this information in the open, one can only imagine what else was taking place and continues to take place in the City of Renton’s witchhunt for a parody cartoonist.
